Please note our cancellation periods:

For packages with an unlimited term, cancellation is possible on a monthly basis; i.e. the cancellation will take effect on the next billing date if debited monthly.
For packages with a term of up to one month the notice period is 7 days to the end of the contract term.
For annual packages and other contracts with a term of several months, the period of notice is 1 month to the end of the contract term.
Special termination right for free test periods: Free test periods can be terminated without a specification of reasons before expiration of the last day of the test period.
